Hello I have anxiety problem
1 I am shy and introvert from childhood
2 I feel nervous and anxious before going anywhere or u can say I don't like to go anywhere
3 I feel shy to perform on any place or stage and feel shy to talk to people on phone
4 I feel nervous and negative sometimes very early
5 I don't feel nervous in public place and gathering
6 I feel body shivering
First I feel tired and lazy but nowadays I don't feel lazy and tired and don't have sleeping problem
I feel nervous on first day and if I go regular than I don't feel nervous
