Feeling extremely ditached from reality. I am not able to feel my personality. I am also not able to sleep in night properly, like i Wake up two to three times. What could these be symptoms of?

My father is having problem in sleeping , mind used to go here there and not getting sound sleep. I am unable to understand to whom I should consult a neurologist or a psychiatrist.

Hi when I close my eyes and try to sleep after few mins I getting body Jerk or moves  and something is fall to brain to heart'and get fear after awekkening, what is indicated

I went to the market by bicycle yesterday. The distance was 12 km. When I returning home, I am cycling  with 20 kg weighed. My body weight was 45 kg. Yesterday the sun was very hot. I was  feeling shortness breath. The body got tired very fast. The heart rate increased and Some hormones releasing from my kidneys. I already have panic disorder and I am afraid to come my home.  what is it that I have to see a doctor ?. I have not had any panic disorder before, it has come from the medicine given by the psychiatrist. The doctor gave me some antidepresent to cure this disease which made me more panic and a tingling sensation from the kidneys went up and down from the spine then my heart rate increased further vomiting, diarrhea, pain, sore throat, burning sensation all over the body, hands and feet Feels drowsy, stays off mood. Psychiatrists have changed a lot of antidepressants but not getted benefits.i think it's automatic nervous dysfunction  .

Multimodal antidepressant Vortioxetine (sold under brand name 'Brintellix' in India) is known to improve Cognitive impairments caused due to Major depressive disorder (MDD). This was stated in two research papers. I wish to know if similar effect was observed in local patients, when they were  prescribed Vortioxetine.

My mother HRCT DATE 25 APR SCORE 13/25 She is recovering and didn't remember nearly 3-4 days 25,26,27 Rest all is ok. Is it psychosis or a cause to worry?

I am having anxiety issues, mood swings , difficulty in concentration, sleep issues , irritability and anger issues.

The patient is going through severe anxiety and depression.Due to this she is showing signs of violence like throwing of objects ,talking and shouting meaningless things and is not listening to anyone and cannot be controlled..
