I've been taking Flunil for depression and OCD since 2016. Had increased the dose till 75 mg. And gradually ended at 10 mg a few weeks back. But lately I've started getting the symptoms of depression again, i.e.Overthinking, oversensitivity, weakness, negative thoughts, feeling of dying, breakdown, crying, sadness,fear of certain things, mixed emotions,anger, intolerance, loneliness,low self-esteem, restless feet, sweating, sleep problem, mild quivering, sometimes feeling unconscious also and I felt like an acid was releasing in my brain at the time of collapse. Please suggest what should I do as I'm unable to connect with my doctor that's why I need your kind suggestions.Can I beat with it without medicines by practicing certain activities like meditation ,yoga or should I practice certain medical techniques, please suggest.I wish I could stop taking medicines as I have recovered from OCD very far but if it is a must according to my current condition then I will take them. Hello Doctor.. Actually my guy and myself brokeup on a mutual note but I immediately went back to him realising that I cannot leave without him, but he refuse to accept. Amd he is not even told about our break-up with any of his best friends. what does that mean? Will he come back if I give his space and accept me in his life again?

I have problems is given below from 2 years 1) left side stomach pain 2) left side stomach bloating 3) heaviness and pain on left chest like gas trapped. 4) excess worried about stomach discomfort all day. 5) disturbance in sleep due to gas discomfort 6) sometime anxiety attack on excess worried Current medicine Thyrox75mg Antacid Is it ibs or anxiety or any other problems. Where I consult for this problem.

One thing is remind in my mind always and keep me depressed every time and i cannot concentrate on my study and always feeling depressed streess anxiety

Hi doctor gud mrng, By gods grace I'm well settled. Since 1 yr i m depressed and get angry for small matters which I'm not able to control, afterthat, For 2 hrs or so, I feel tired and feel guilty of showing my anger on the other person. I feel afraid as to what will happen in future...( im very sensitive towards my mothers side) I even show anger on my husband,  son, mother and brother. I take normal food, and have good sleep..I'm little over weight... Pl advice

Have been unable to sleep properly for like a month and sometimes can't sleep even the whole night. Usually workout twice a day and also eat well. But still cant have sufficient sleep

My closet friend had betrayed me and avoiding me. I tried lot of times to connect but my friend doesn't want to talk to as before and least bother about my feelings and respect. I was hurted by my friend lot of times but still I am unable forget my friend. Now I want to get out of this and calm down my mind. I want peace full mind and happy life Help me come out of this

I have severe anxiety problem. I am using paraxotine 50mg per day. Aripiprazole 2mg per day.that was not a problem. Real problem is i am changing doctor frequently. I am sticking to one doctor. Why this is happening. How can i overcome it

My mother is taking these medicines as suggested by a doctor on Practo itself. She has been diagnosed with Anxiety and Insomnia. By taking these medicines she is able to sleep, but is having constant headache. She got her BP checked today, which turned out to be 100/150 and her pulse rate was 111. Please suggest some medicine or solution for this

After taken below medicines for 20 days General Anxiety Disorder and mild depress feeling. Consulted a doctor and taking medicines Meltolan 2.5 (1/2) REXIPRA 15 (1) MELZAP MD 0.25 (1) D-VENTOR (1) NUBRUS (1) RIBOTAG DSR(1) all per night basis. Now, doctor changed medicines for next 30 days. Please identify if these are safe Escitalopram IP 20 mg (1) Olanzapine Dispersible 2.5 mg (1) Desvenlafaxine Extended Release 100mg (1/2) Etizolam 0.25 (SOS) All per night basis.
