Can i take multi vitamin syrup when on escitalopram. And ayruvedic health supplement. And ayruvedic medicine that contains self generated alcohol

Hi Docs, I am on anti depressants for anxiety(which is ok now and hopefully doc will taper soon) - Depsival Forte, Axepine 50 mg and Druthip 75 mg. Since last 5-6 days , i feel that my tongue is pushed forward and feels a little heavy. Feels unusual. Is it due to the anti depressants?? I don't have any sugar , bp, thyroid. But i am obese. Pls give me your opinion.

I feel Drowsiness and partially asleep when I am studying or attending Zoom Classes , No matter what time it is , whether it's Morning , Afternoon , Evening or Night . I feel like there is a kind of chemical secretion in my brain which causes my drowsiness. My sleeping time 11pm - 5:30 am.

Hello Doctor, finally my ex-boyfriend replied to my text last night. But he is still being adamant telling that once said is said and decided. Please stop contacting me or interfering into my life matters.And he also told not to reach out to his friends or anybody who is related to him. What should I do now? Hi, I am a mother of three years old baby, I am loosing my temper for every small small thing I seriously dono what's happening inside me. Hello Doctor Recently my friend got to know that her brother is Gay and had relationship with 4-5 boys however he also had relationship with 2 girls in the past.
