Usually the effect of medicine against depression or anxiety will occur after 3 to 4 weeks of regular use. Till that time, only some sedation or tiredness may be experienced. Sometimes needs to increase the dosage of medicine for proper improvement. Ask your Psychiatrist for clarification.
