🧠 My Opinion:
You’re not alone in feeling this way. Symptoms like severe anxiety, concentration issues, headaches, anger, and fear are all signs of underlying chronic anxiety or a stress-related disorder. From a psychiatric perspective, these conditions often require consistent care, not just one-time treatment. Stopping medicines abruptly or incomplete therapy sessions usually leads to recurrence — which seems to be happening in your case.
🙏 It’s very important to know that relief is possible, even with limited resources — you just need structured guidance.

Next Steps
🪜 Next Step (What should the patient do next?):
✅ Join low-cost or free mental health support groups or platforms (e.g., iCall, Vandrevala Foundation helpline, local NGOs).
✅ Start with daily grounding techniques (like 5-4-3-2-1 sensory method) and deep breathing (4-7-8 technique).
✅ Connect with psychiatrists who offer affordable online consultations — many of us provide sliding-scale fees or flexible packages.

I truly understand that financial constraints can make it difficult to continue treatment. But I want to gently emphasize that anxiety is like any other health condition—it often needs consistent care to stay well. Since you were doing better on medication, it's likely that stopping it suddenly may cause symptoms to return.
Your mental health is important, and there are usually ways we can work around the cost. Some medicines are available at low cost through government schemes or generic options. And if consultation fees are a concern, I’d be happy to work something out or guide you to services that can help. Please don’t suffer in silence. Let’s try to find a way forward together—your well-being matters.
Hey
You are facing severe anxiety, headaches, fear, anger, and lack of concentration again after stopping medicines, and financial constraints are making it hard to continue treatment.
These issues are treatable, but you need consistent therapy (not just one session) and lifestyle changes. Look for government hospital psychiatry OPDs or low-cost online therapy. Start daily breathing exercises, regular walking, and journaling triggers to manage symptoms.

Hello,
You should not have stopped medicine without consulting the treating psychiatrist.
If the medication was helping you may have to restart the same.
