Sweating and palpitations
Have this problem of sweating and palpitation since a month or two ...under nexito 15 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg since 2 months ....Feel that the pulse raises even if I hear a low sound ...get anxious very easily ..start palpating ...specially after getting up from sleep ..family history of anxiety..lazy all day because of medicine .. started running in the evening to maintain the weight .. and slight stretching excercise in the morning ... feel good after it .. but I sweat and palpitate all day .. can't tell to my family members as they will be worried about it specially in this pandemic times .I want to stay positive nothing is helping me .. not in job because of pandemic ..help me wat should I do more
