Anxiety related to health and death
Since onset of covid, I started developing fear about myself. What if I will catch this disease, that disease(mostly covid and related ones). Since 2 months even I started noticing smallest change in body(like some muscle pain, teeth pain...) and started being fearful. Started Yoga etc and visited a Doc, he gave 1 med(clonafit) once a day...But still thoughts are there... Sometimes Jaws are clenched. Any suggestions what it is? Before these times I was fit and fine. I am just 28.
