I have extreme difficulty sleeping before exams. i am an mbbs student and before the exams I can't sleep even if I try sleeping. It gets harder next day to study whole day. One ay if I don't get sleep I have a fear developing within me. Of not getting sleep the next night and the vicious cycle continues. What do I do?
