Need help if I have dipression
Dear Sirs,
I have been having sleep issued, concentration issues and very depressed overall. I want to know if there is any pyscology issue cause unable to concentrate, I get triggered on smallest of issues, sometimes I feel worthless of my self

Listen , I can understand your concern .. If someone having a anxiety or depression , then concentration issue will happen as well sleep disturbance will occur
