I love travelling with friends & before covid we travelled many a times. But at this lock down situation I cannot traveling, & also this situation I am going to anxiety & depression & overthinking so that my night sleep is going to disturbance. I also awake suddenly with fear. But i dont want to take any stress. Plz give some advice so that i recover from this situation.

Please learn about sleep hygiene from google and follow them. Do regular exercise and Meditation for 1 month . You will be fine with this , if u need medication then ask shopkeepers to give u few days melatonin pills. Try that. Exercise is the most powerful antidepressant it will help you out.
