I think I'm starting to experience having anxiety and depression due to problems in family, relationship, and friends. What could be the best thing to fight this ? Any routine or actions that could help?

Whatever is happening around you is affecting you too much. These kind of reactions are normal if we are living in a stressful situations. You have to learn certain coping strategies to deal with such situations.a clinical psychologist can help you to develop better coping skills. I will suggest you sharing things with a professional also will help you to feel relax and free. A professional will maintin confidentiality. Few sessions will work with you. But you have to be particular with your sessions prrscribed.
