I feel unhappy and feel crying all the time, when I take deep breath I feel relaxed for sometime, but than after same feeling, I feel that I m drown, or I am trapped from all 4 side with wall, I feel like I m shouting, screaming but from heart. Also I can't explain me pain to anyone, I feel to be quite rather than expressing.

I've been having very bad mood swings since I can't remember. Some days I just feel numb and want to be left alone. Other days every little thing bothers me and I keep looking for fights to pick. I find it hard to feel happy or excited about anything. I don't know anymore if all this is valid or am I just making up issues which don't exist. I either go completely quiet or lash out at people - in family and house helps. I don't know what's going on. What do I do?

I am currently taking Mirtaz for sleep. Can a psychiatric doctor prescribe Atomoxetine or Methylphenidate for ADHD? Are these two medications safe to take along with Mirtaz? Long back I tried both Atomoxetine and Methylphenidate Didn't work and I wanna try again

I suffer from autism but so far every doctor/therapist/councellor refuses to diagnose me. I'd like proper guidance and help regarding my diagnosis amd recovery, please help 🙏

Respected Doctors, Prescribed Dayvigo 5, taking it after dinner ie approx 1.5 hrs. Within 30-45 mins I feel so sleepy that hardly I am able to move but sometimes after a certain period of 1-1.5 hrs, awake and very tough to sleep. Could ypu help and guide whether the timings are ok to take the meds. Regards
