Hello I am on sertraline 100 and aripiprazole 2mg and atomoxiteine 18mg , my anxiety is in control but feeling tired all the day , my vitamin d and b12 report normal but still feeling tired all the day , tiredness affect my daily work. Please suggest something.

I am diagnosed with adhd, need a clinical psychologist to treat it. Psychiatrist or clinical psychologist anyone works but I strictly don't want medicines that will make me sleepy or feel lost or not present at the moment. I also prefer to treat add 1st instead of depression. I don't want to eat anti depressant as it won't work on me since my issue will not get resolved through anti depressant.

I've been suffering from this for as long as I can remember. I procrastinate a lot and when it comes to doing the thing I can hardly focus for 15 min no matter what I do . I fidget a lot no matter what I do and I use the phone after every 10 mins of studying. I've got some blood work done and found that I'm Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficient which I'm not longer because of regular medicine doses but the situation has not improved much . I suspect I have ADHD and mild depression as well for which I would like to consult with a psychiatrist . The thing is I live in a small town where there is less scope to find a good psychiatrist so my best bet is to consult on practo . The thing I want to ask is if I consult here can I go through diagnostics via video chat and if doctors here can issue prescriptions for medicine as well . Thank You !

Is delusional disorder completely curable?Can we reduce the duration and intensity of delusional disorder ?

I am 23 yrs old Male 90kg weight and BMI : 30 currently on a Somatic Symptom Disorder Treatment and Health related Anxiety. My physician recently started medication Escitalopram 5mg and Etizolam 0.25mg in the night and Petril MD 0.25mg SOS. It's my 13th day of the treatment and have experienced 2 episodes of panic attack within this treatment. Also, I am experiencing early awakes in my sleep after 4-5 hours and slightly increased anxiety after starting this treatment. My physician has asked me to continue this same treatment for 4 weeks and after 4 weeks he might increase the dose. Do I need to increase my dose of escitalopram to 10mg OR any other change in medicine OR continue the same treatment? Also, During the panic attack my BP spikes to 160+/100 and 90-100 Heart Rate, it causes headache and pressure during the attack in head. Whereas normally it range between 130-140/80-90 and 65-60 Heart Rate everyday.

I've been a chronic user of mephentermine and I want to get rid of it completely and get through the withdrawal symptoms without any difficulties

Morning lonazep 0.5 and baclofen 20 mg can be taken together is it ok. Or any other side effects will come if we use both together please assist.

I have a anxiety problem from last 5 years. In most cases when I am alone at anywhere specialy at home or travel lonely then I have become anxiety if i am not carrying the anti-anxiety medicine. Some times it becomes worse and I have started sweating having panic attacks.

My heart rate being on the lower side of the normal range , I don't know whether to take any Beta Blocker like propanol daily or SOS during panic attacks OR any other good medicine which can fit best in this scenario.
