Hi
Left-sided body pain, headache, nausea, and fear of achievement often come from anxiety and mind–body stress, not a serious physical illness—especially if tests are normal. Medicines like Rexipra help, but they don’t fully break the stress–fear–body pain cycle.
Lasting relief comes from therapy (CBT + psychosomatic work) to reduce fear, release stored stress, and calm the nervous system. As anxiety reduces, physical symptoms also ease.

Left-sided body pain with headache and nausea is most commonly due to anxiety, migraine, or psychosomatic stress, especially if scans and tests are normal. Rexipra helps anxiety but takes 4–6 weeks for full effect.
What to do:
• Continue medication regularly (don’t stop abruptly)
• Add CBT / stress management therapy
• Screen once for red flags (BP, neuro exam, migraine features)
• Improve sleep, reduce caffeine, daily physical activity
If weakness, speech difficulty, persistent vomiting, or worsening pain occurs → urgent neurological evaluation.
