She has pain in the body and fibromyalgi
She has pain in the body and doctor diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Than she started Dulexotine tablet but that time she got good response but now again pain in the body started. We did all advance and basic test for health but there is no finding.Is it similar to fibromyalgia? Nauseaeptive, Neuropathic, Nosyplastic pain , Can we proceed with diagnosis with Amitriptyline drug?

Self management, patient education, targetted physical therapy program to the patient combined with non pharmacological therapy For pain - paracetamol, Tramadol or both Gabapentinoids, TCA- Amitriptyline Snri- duloxietine, milnacipiran For fatigue - self management/ energy chart, sleep management, behaviour therapy, CBT SNRI- Duloxetine, Milnacipiran For sleep- same as fatigue. Mood changes- exercise, BT, CBT, SNRI For refractory cases- Multimodal rehabilitation program
