I am facing problem after my delivery.I am not feeling happy with my husband and in laws.They don't torture me physically or emotionally but everytime my mother in law visits our home since pregnancy I get panic attack.She doesn't let me have privacy with my husband and my husband never supports me.Financially also just before delivery my husband lost all our money in Bitcoin and he doesn't realise his mistake.All these are triggering me and I am getting suicidal thoughts.I have 6 months old son I want to take good care of him.Please help.

I have faced this in a much diluted form before, but now it has become a bit extreme. Sometimes, I feel very overwhelmed, my chest starts feeling very heavy like I have to struggle to breathe. My head starts aching a lot too. Moreover, there is a constant fatigue that I feel, even if I have had a good night's sleep. Previously, the trigger was mostly when I get a call or text from work. Sometimes, even when there is no burning issue as such and I simply open my work laptop, I feel this way. Now, for the last few days, I have been feeling like this constantly. I feel sick and it is impacting my work. I have also become very irritable and am losing my temper. Can someone please guide me through this?

I have rabies indirect transmission OCD So frequently took vaccine 30 to 35 in the last 12 years . Full course in 2023 and 2 boosters in may 2024. Recently I ate at a village marriage party, surrounded by dogs . I found some water like drops found in disposal plate . I thought a dog may be licked. This time I am not going for ARV and go to psychiatrist and take medication. A assurance from doctors can reduce my OCD. So please suggest can I take 2 ARV booster in 2-3 year I will take not never worry for rabies .

Hi. I am 5'6". 76 kg. Currently taking paliperidone 75 Mg monthly depot injection. My problem is that I dont feel stressed or anxious before important events like interview, exam, public speaking or even simple ones like before boarding the bus on daily commute. I used to feel stressed or anxious before but stopped feeling it in 2016. I also stopped getting pleasure from substances for e.g. alcohol. Felt stipend for fellowship was too little for too much hassle in one of the fellowship that I joined. Also felt the prospect of going to fellowship for 6 months as unsurmountable after attending just 3 days of orientation sessions. This all happened after 2016. What might be causing this? Can vitamin b12 or vitamin D deficiency cause this?

Is delusional disorder completely curable?can we reduce the intensity and duration of delusional disorder?

Respected Doctors, I was prescribed Nexito 10 and Quitipine 50.Ongoing from March 2025.Quitipine helps in sleep a lot, weight gain has happened. Cannot sleep properly without quitipine now. Is it ok to take quitipine long term? Consulting doctor not reachable so went with other doctors each one them precribed a different med but not working. Pls guide. Regards

I am not very good in English but still whenever I go out alone and I speak English it's not a big deal or whenever I do any work alone it's done perfectly nicely without any problems but whenever I am with my husband I started to fumble in every language even in a normal talk I fumble a lot and start making silly mistakes while talking or doing some work I m so embarrassed in front of my husband becoz of that can any Dr help me with this how can I solve this prbm.

Hi i Had Alcohol Jerks 5 days back I consulted physchatrist, they have prescribed Librium 25mg, BacenXL 20mg in morning and Thiamine for 10 days , I have taken Librium today afternoon can I have a moderate Alcohol today evening ? Please suggest is it ok or dangerous?
