Hi I donno y I'm afraid of talking even it's someone's mistake. My neighbour juz thrown old clothes n old mat in my house compound area. I watsapp her voice message no reply. This giv me angry but couldn't show. Y should stare with neighbour nu I'm calm. Y I'm like this. Not only this. Many times I fail to talk even ter is wrong in my side.

I m 35years old...I suffer for depression anxiety..doctor prescribed cilapam at night and Relixol  in the morning and evening which is combination of flupentixol and melitracen..I come to know that Relixol is banned in India and in many other countries...I m having this medicine for near about 10 to 15days..should stop this medicine...will that have any side effects..what should I do...or I should take any other medicine..pls suggest...

Hi i have prescribed vortidif 5 mg as per my doctor but i m scared to take medicine due to its side effects thinking that it could be dangerous for me like severe palpitations, stroke,bloot clotting and heart attack ,i ask the same with the doctor as well but he not gave the answer just said take your medicine,i m still in confused and scared about it as i have some anxiety issue and phobia like fear of death fear of heart attck and stroke...not able to bath alone or go outside... Please help🙏 this just destroying my life...for past 6 month..🙏

Taking arip mt 10 mg ,olet 5mg, Esta plus, Trennil 2 mg, Miramax for post  psychotic depression for about 2 months . Now weight gain in the belly and waist area which is very distressed . I can't sit for a long time, pain occurring at that time. Can i add metformin or any other medicine which is clinically proven and best efficient for weight loss without side effects. Please help me.

Is it safe to take naproxen with escitalopram and etizolam ? Because I read on internet that it can cause bleeding. If no, what other substitute can I take for extreme headache?

Is it safe to take Etizolam and Escitalopram with 60-65 bpm? Or does it reduce your heart which can cause issues like cardiac arrest or bradycardia.

Sir I have rabies ocd (indirect transmission) ,so I have taken 25-35 vaccine last 12 years, In 2023 I have taken full series and in may 2024    2 booster , Now again in a partys i see water drops present in my plastic plate and I eat in this . I thought a dog licked the plate as dogs are barking around the cooking area . So can I take again 2 booster dose or my previous vaccination help for the unknowingly transmission rabies .I recently started taking psychiatric medicine for this ocd .               Please suggest to me how someone can safe if rabies transmission indirectly. Like walking bare foot in temple and dog saliva fall in ground. Can I take booster every year or 2-3 year Please suggest as I already have psychiatric medicine but your suggestion make me doubt free

Hello doctor, I am not falling into sleep in the night. I was taking attached medicine till the time was taking medicine was getting good sleep. But now since I stopped it again not falling into proper sleep. Can you please help me 🙏 how to overcome this sleep problem.

Hi, my problem is : I can't sleep properly, some of the time I can go straight without a day of sleep and sometimes I can sleep a whole day // because of my family I have to do daily basis work in house so i force myself to do work. If i don't worry about that i just don't want to do anything and nothing at all // I don't know what is real and what is a dream, reality and my dream has been mixed up,  sometimes i know that I am in a dream so I would be like ahh.. this is a dream i can just do whatever I want and after thinking that in my dreams I can control what I'm doing in there ( like lucid dreams) Sometimes I can taste, smell & feel the physical touch in my dreams // I would overthink so whenever I'm overthinking I would create imaginary, stories in my mind, it's also applicable when I can't sleep, I've created 1000+ of things in mind // My own mind voice feels unfamiliar & recently able to sense a presence // I just want to quit everything and sleep eternally...

My cousin haa been suffering from delusional disorder. Can she reduce the duration of delusional disorder to 2 to 3 days?
