Hey, I understand this might be very troublesome for you and you might be scared also to take long flights because of this. Shy Bladder can happen due to 2-3 reasons. It might be due to social anxiety, or it could be sometimes due to getting fear of closed spaces or sometimes it could also be due to fear of heights. Sometimes, there are some hidden medical reasons too.
Next Steps
You should Consult the Psychiatrist about this, after assessing if there is a need for some short term medications or therapy or to referral to urologist, your Psychiatrist will guide you accordingly

This can happen due to situational anxiety (shy bladder / paruresis), especially in confined or stressful settings like long-haul flights. It is usually not a urinary disease if it occurs only during flying. Helpful measures include anxiety-focused therapy (CBT, exposure techniques), relaxation/breathing exercises, and addressing anticipatory anxiety before travel. A psychiatrist can also assess if short-term medication may help during flights. If not already done, a basic urology check can rule out prostate or bladder issues for reassurance.

Hello! Sorry to hear that! It stems out of social anxiety and I would seek a Psychiatrist's help to ease that and also doing specific therapy to work on my feelings.
