Treatment for Aviophobia (Fear of Flying
I've been suffering from a heightened fear of flying (turbulence makes it worse). I'm always extremely anxious in flights, and constantly fear that the flight will crash. I'm seeking treatment from a specialist in this area from Delhi NCR region. Any leads would be much appreciated.

You can take medication on 🆘 basis ,but if the problem is more troublesome we can go for both pharmacotherapy and relaxation training

If it's only fear of flights and other times you are normal there are medications to be taken few hours before the flight journey and topped up to reduce this fear and anxiety. If it occurs at all times regular SSRIs may be needed. Good luck.
