Fear of accidents
I am really scared of vehicles accidents. I have stopped using two wheelers and am using public transport. I too have a fear of death, sometimes the fear is too much that I cancel outing plans. Is there any treatment available? I am on alprazolam 0.25 at night since 3 months but no effect. It only helps me to sleep. I don't have any past incident of accidents or injury, but this fear has since the last 3-4 months. Please suggest

There is treatment available. Only Alprazolam will not help, there is a need for adding some other medicines along with therapy. Consult a Psychiatrist for the needful.
