Hi, I'm really sorry that you're going through this. I would like to know since when are you having this thought? Has anything changed in your environment? Are you suddenly alone or have you been like this and suddenly this thought is coming in your mind? Also, is there any thought like somebody will harm me, somebody's coming for me, somebody's, you know, creating some problem for me, etcetera?
