I am having postpartum depression, delivered baby on 12 july. I am unable to sleep so doctor has prescribed me Daxid 25mg and etilaam md0.25 to take at night. I give formula feeds at night and breastfeed sometimes in day time. Is it safe if i take medicine at night but breastfeed baby only during daytime

My brother was removed from the job.He was badly insulted by the manager. He was a brilliant employee with a good performance. He was trying to commit suicide but people saved him. It has been more than 20 days since that day he isn't talking like before. He had left hope from life. He doesn't want to do a new job. He got a job but isn't interested in working. IM SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION SINCE.MY DEPRESSION HAS IMPROVED A LOT BUT 3 THINGS TROUBLE ME A LOT.FIRSTLY I HAVE IRRITATION, SECONDLY ANXIETY N LASTLY SEDATION. Firstly I WANNA KNOW REXIPRA 5MG IS A GOOD TABLET FOR IRRITATION. LASTLY MODALERT 100 mg DECREASES ANTI SEDATIVE PROPERTY. PLZ TELL ME ABOUT THESE 2 TABLETS IN DETAIL.IS IT SAFE TO TAKE BOTH TABLETS..PLZ TELL ME.

Sir and Ma'am, Initially on Quitipin for multiple issues though low dose 50 helped a lot for sleep. Changed it due to side effects profile and was prescribed Dayvigo 5,though not as effective as Quitipin but it works. Issue is the price, is there any  alternate to dayvigo with lesser price incase of budget constraints.Melatonin is a spam doesnt work at all. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated as my current psychiatrist is not willing to hear anything from me but he is indeed my guardian angel. Just for a second opinion. Regards to all.

Hi I am suffering from Anxiety and Depressive disorder. Doctor has prescribed Tab Pari CR 12.5 and LOPEZ MD 2 Mg and Pranoval SR 40. I am taking these medicines for last 2 weeks but not finding much relief. Ca you please suggest if there are other medicines that I should be taking. Not getting proper sleep in the night and always feel fearful.
