Hello sir I am on sertraline 100mg(1-0-1) Aripiprazole 5mg Buspirone 10mg(1-0-1) For anxiety and dipression, my anxiety and dipression is fully controlled but feeling constant fatigue Please suggest something.

My mother is getting cheated on again again by my father after 24 years of marriage and she is crying day and night, couldn't take decision and is afraid. I think she needs therapy.
