Taking arip mt 5 mg, olet plus 5mg( new medicine added for overthinking recently 15 days ago), Esta plus, Trennil 2 mg, Miramax for post psychotic depression for about 2.5 months. Now weight gain in the belly and waist area which is very distressed. my mother is no longer able to eat rice or non-vegetarian food during lunch and dinner. She says she has no appetite. When she tries to eat, she feels discomfort and says things like, "I’m going to die," "I can’t eat," and "I don’t feel like eating." She says her body feels very weak. Is this normal? When we try to make her eat forcibly, she feels nauseous. I have attached LFT, Lipid profile, amylase, lipase, sugar fasting, USG whole abdomen report. Doctor please check. What to do?

My baby is 2.5 years old. May I send him to prenursery at this age or should send him directly to nursery? I don't know what is better for his age appropriate development & well being. Please suggest

After delivery of a child it has been 15 days and my wife is turning abusive and agressive . Constantly fighting with me verbally saying I have done nothing except money and she would kill herself and baby . She doesnt eat and drink for one or two days when she gets aggressive . Even her mom is present and she is frightened seeing her behaviour . Earlier when she gets angry she shouts and gets agressive but this was tolarable as it was not very frequent but after delivery she has turned very abusive and aggressive. Please suggest what to do.

Which is the best medicine for Health Anxiety Disorder and Genralised Anxiety Disorder associated with constipation and not a regualr bowel movement because of these Anti - Depressants. Took SSRI like Escitaloporam 10 and Vilazodone for 12 years. Paroxetene, Desvenlafaxine, Vortioxetine, even Sertraline caused constipation. Please suggest any1.

I mistakenly took 400 mg of amisulpride. The normal dosage prescribed by my doc is 200 mg. The next dose is after 24 hours at night. Should I be worried about any side effects?

I have been facing recurring insomnia, either I feel difficulty in sleeping itself and keep trying till 5/6am to fall asleep or if I sleep on time 10pm is my bed time, I usually wake up in the middle of the night between 12am-3am type, and again have to struggle to sleep till 6am type. Should I take zelofresh 5 mg regularly, as of now I'm taking it SOS basis, whenever it's urgent for me to complete my sleep not regularly. I'm activity workouts are maintaining hygiene sleep habits. And heavily stressed and anxious due to undergoing various false matrimonial court cases.

My mental condition is unstable these days. Overthinking on same situation each and every time can't able to get over of it.I am maaried not want continue in that relationship. In my work making same mistake unable to take pressure, but there is no pressure at all. I am making it worse to do correct. Always end with being careless even i check missing every important details. My job profile already getting worse. What to do. I really dont want marriage relationship. But that affects my office relationship on overthinking.Even friends advise me to let go. But I cant stuck with same preblem same insecurity, overthinking can able to stop thinking.Never get enough sleep

My psychiatric prescribed me propranalol 20 mg for 2 times in a day, for my OCD  I have heard they cause heart attack or heart issues is it true ?

I have been suffering with depression with anxiety (Diagnosed so). Initially presented with anxiety, depression and with peculiar symptoms of electricity like sensation in brain with frequent spikes like jolts of current surges and buzzing sensation in brain since 22 years. I have been on anti depressants high dose and benzodiazepine with partial relief especially that electricity like sensation and buzzing. Am 51 years now. Can I have any hope with homeopathy.
