Feeling lightheaded and sleep disturbance anxiety think negative things all time got panic and irritated easily

I have a different thoughts and imagination of jumping high places or in water or cut my writs or crashing my car ...... which are not in my control and i have no problem in my life .... i got scared from this thoughts .... and i feel that i will do it and i am unhappy with these thoughts....... kindly someone tell me whats that issue and i will become mentally insane or i will do it or not

I am on nexito 10mg and inderal LA 40mg.My main concern is excessive self taking by creating imaginary scenerios.I have tried writing it on paper and other techniques.But nothing much effective.So someone please tell the best way to get rid of it or to even control it

My son started forgetting things don't pay attention while studying always lost in thoughts become aggrasive if scolds, sometimes weeps alot saying not feeling good what should I do

Hi i am having OCD. My doctor has prescribed uvox cr 100 for one month at bed time. After taking it at night I poop small amounts 5 times in day time. First three times I poop normally but last two times my poop is watery like diarrhea. Will having diarrhea reduce the affect of the tablet?
