Have been going through a lot of mental stress for a very very long time. Now i feel i am mentally extremely tired and fatigued. I have completely lost interest in everything, i don't like talking to people much, i cry too often, i get suicidal feelings, i have become very forgetful. At times i completely forget an entire sequence of actions done by me! I feel there is nobody with whom i can share my feelings and emotions...feel very lonely!

Hello Doctors, I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Hypochondriasis, Panic Attacks since last 12 years. I have started my treatment when my psychiatrist prescribed me Escitaloporam 10 plus clonazepam 0.25 for 9 years. I have tried Desvenlafaxine, Paroxetene, Bupropion, Vortioxetine for 1 months each but it gave me really bad constipation with blood in stool. Even escitaloporam also gave constipation but a bit manageable. Then My psych. prescribed me Vilazodone 40 and I took it for 3 yrs more with 0.25 clonazepam but it didnt helped my anxiety, but was gentle on stomach. So now I met 2 psychiatrist One prescribed me Fluoxetine 40 and the other one Sertraline 50 for 15 days and then Sertraline 100 after that. I took Sertraline 50 with lactulose and not much constipation happened but as I increase the dose constipation starts and no regular bowel movement happens. The other psychiatrist told me to take fluoxetine as it wont cause constipation. I am confused which meds to follow. Pls help.

Hi all I am 31 years, and i have had a kind of panic attack 3 years back and i was able to manage my stress and all , but 5 months back i had a panic attack again. And this time i started to relate that to my heart as if i have some issue in my heart , i under went with ECG, 2-D echo and TMT too, everything is normal but still sometimes I get pain in the center of my chest and goes away after a while. Even i stress more or fear more pain comes and get goes with in less than 5mins. Now i started taking nexito 5 after talking to psychiatrist. I visited 5 to 6 cardiologists and all send nothing to worry about heart Do you think should I still go to cardiologist

29. Male. 5'6". 76 kg. I had been working at fellowship program. I left it because I felt pay was too small for work I was supposed to do. I also felt it exhausting to continue working there for 6 months. I also felt empty, dry, emotionless and had problems with focusing attention. Felt like my mind was fickle. It felt as if I was knew what someone was saying or what was happening around me but I couldn't feel it in my body and mind I will be honest. I have searched for these symptoms on chatgpt. But wanted an opinion from a professional. Chatgpt says this is depression. Does this sound like depression? Isn't depression associated with sadness, worthlessness, hopelessness, guilt and low mood. My mood was empty and i was emotionless and had no guilt, sadness, worthlessness, hopelessness or low mood. If not depression what does this sound like?

Posted Q earlier, I have stopped abruptly the medications by a neurpsch everything normal now etc. Had extreme drowsiness, sleep probs etc.That doc worsened things, never addressed anything, ignored concerns, kept pushing for admit to CIP, he gaslighted & panicked my mom. My primary doc(general/senior cardio suggested me to stop his meds but I didn't listen to him as I was hoping it to work also had went through several psychiatry resources earlier. These are past events, as of now I tried Ar/modafinil off label for academic progress, countering fatigue, efficiency etc. effects were inconsistent, discomfort.I am requesting again methylphenidate (Inspiral), non adhd/nlepsy for short term R53,R41.840,F06.7 etc.I am trying to navigate this transparently and responsibly. RMP are resistant for this rx & I don't have time & will have to resort to black/illcit sourcing because of no rx. So to avoid that I am requesting. I repsect your expertise & will comply. so please see if you can, thnkyou

Hello I take Anxit 0.50 on and off when I feel anxious and unable to sleep due to stress... over past two months I have taken 15 pills. Will it cause any long term harm to my brain or body?

I get throbbing headaches at night.My mind keeps thinking about all past negative moments repeatedly even when I don't want to. Even in sleep etc. I find it hard & scary to drive, since childhood I used to find it hard to concentrate, zoning out often, I can't sit still for long time since childhood. Even now I can't sit simply. I talk a lot, I find it very hard to multitask. I can't sleep coz of overthinking. My mind is always thinking about something or the other until I get severe headaches . Even after trying to sleep I don't get sleep till 2:00 AM n all. Then I sleep at 3:00 AM & wake up to headaches at 3:30.Unable to study or do anything coz of sleep deprivation & stress, anxiety etc. Then when I go for exams without sleep & food I hardly remember anything & also faint sometimes. No matter how well I'll have studied I get scared & have fainted so many times.

I was earlier prescribed Vortioxetine and ADHD medicines, but due to high cost I had to stop. I have already tried other generic SSRIs. Recently, I found a charitable trust that provides medicines as per prescription, but their rule is that if they give medicines once, they won’t give them again for the next two months. I want to restart treatment. Can a psychiatrist prescribe Vortioxetine and ADHD medicines for 2 months at a time so that I can get them from the trust?
