Please consult your doctor once, there might be a possibility that the dose is not adequate, so if any dose adjustments to be done, the doctor will do. And No, there are no direct tests to know why medicines are not working

Unfortunately, there are no tests to tell why medicines don't work in psychiatry. But a good psychiatrist should be able to assess your symptoms and manage doses accordingly. Also keep in mind that most medicines take time to build up and act
