The symptoms being described can arise due to variety of reasons one of which could be adhd.it needs a complete evaluation from a psychiatrist to confirm the diagnosis and treatment to be initiated

You have to consult a psychiatrist in person get clinically evaluated if needed psychological assessment needs to be done to find out if you have adult adhd and then take necessary treatment. Good luck
