Do I have ADHD?
I recently read about symptoms and I feel like I have all those symptoms, Is it possible that someone can have ADHD and not realize it for years? Should I consult a psychiatrist?

Yes that is very much possible, in fact it's quite common. Many adhd people get diagnosed in adult age. You should consult a psychiatrist for detail discussion and evaluation so that proper diagnosis can be made. All the best
