29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. Currently taking paliperidone 150 mg monthly depot. I overdosed on etizolam last year. Doctor had prescribed it as SOS medicine. I thought taking all the pills might cure my condition as I had felt better last time I took a newly prescribed medication. So long story short I was hospitalized after the overdose. My doctor says during my hospitalization my dopamine shot up as I had gotten aggressive. He put me on paliperidone 75 mg depot on which I am still on to this day. My question was should a medicine be started for life when symptoms have been present in as acute situation as an overdose. Shouldnt things like paradoxical reaction or dopamine shoot after acute overdose should be considered before diagnosing me with positive symptoms of schizophrenia?

I’ve been having episodes for quite some time where I feel chest discomfort, often starting after acidity or gas, with a lot of burping. Once this happens, my anxiety suddenly increases and my heart rate goes up and feels like it doesn’t settle easily. During these episodes my neck and body feel very stiff, and even deep breathing doesn’t calm things down much. I’ve had ECGs done several times and they’ve always been normal, but in the moment it still feels frightening and I worry that something might be wrong with my heart. I’ve discussed this with doctors many times and was told it could be anxiety-related, and advised to take anxiety medication or see a psychologist. I want to understand what treatment or medicines could actually help, because these episodes keep recurring and are affecting my daily life.

I am on venlafaxine 225mg and olenzapine 2.5mg..my mood is ok but I still get irritated spikes sometimes and those spikes are like what someone said or did to me not of future... sometimes too irritable i fight with person in my mind..

Sirs Male, age 59 years, was a Heavy alcoholic for over 20 years. Since last year whenever I took alcohol I suffered heavy  breathing problem While Walking Even 50 metres.  Echo done, Diastolic Dysfunction Grade I diagnosed. Due to this Fear I have Successfully left alcohol totally and noticed Now there is no Breathing Problem At All even if I Walk 3 to 4 km. BUT After leaving alcohol, I was Suffering from Depression, Sadness and Gloomy. One M.D.(Psychiatrist) Doctor advised Sertraline 50 od, Desvenlafaxine 50 bd, Lurasidone 40 od.   I am also taking  - Arbitel Trio 50 Od  - Dapanorm 10 ODPC -  Nafrosave 500 BDPC - Roseday F 20 ODHS  - Linvas 4 ODHS  -  Clopidogrel 75 ODPC as advised by a Cardiologist. Now I ALWAYS FEAR Whether this Alcohol Addiction May be Relapsed.  Please advise what MEASURES I should Take to AVOID RELAPSE of ALCOHOL ADDICTION In Future e.g Yoga, Meditation, Counselling etc. Please suggest. I have done some tests of kidney and value slightly high first time. I have had health anxiety for 8 years. Before test everything is normal but I search for kidney problems on Google after I feel stomach ache but after sleep no pain. Is this psychology. What can I do. My life is the worst with hypchondria.

I have been facing issues with sleep from last few days. I am unable to fall asleep even though I am sleepy and also even if I sleep I am waking up after some time, meaning disturbed sleep. It use to happen 1 or 2 times and auto resolve but from last few weeks its persistent and unable to deep sleep.

Doctor i have auditory hallucination for 20 years. I consulted it last week only for the first time. Doctor prescribed Riskon si medicine. I am using it. This is the 6th day. I have little memory loss problem also i am getting that people sounds. I am getting iriitation. I am taking medicine for 6 days why that sound not gone.
