I was prescribed Dedep Plus and I have taken about one and a half tablets in total. After taking it, I started feeling headache, tiredness, heaviness in the head, and difficulty concentrating or reading letters on my mobile and in books. Because of these side effects, I stopped the tablet from yesterday. Since I am a working person, it’s becoming very difficult to focus on my work. Could you please advise how long it may take for these effects to go away and if I need to take any medicine or precautions to recover faster?

I am diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and MDD , The doc prescribed lithosun 300mg and Nexito 10 mg , I have a query is Lithosun 300 mg very dangerous because I have heard that it leads to kidney damage, and what amount of mg is high dose (is 300 mg considered as high dose)

Completely disturbed since last 2months, before meeting him I was on my track focusing on my goals only after that I got attached and distracted just because the timing and changing nature of him, still confused is everything gonna be okay or not, I want my old self back, suffering from panic attack, stress and anxiety issue, he's been giving me the silent treatment which harms me the most feel like begging and I continue to do self harm and I have to give my exam by 2026 and feels like I need to restart, everyday feels so heavy unseen unheard like how I could be so emotionally dependent on anyone

She is most irritating and takes everything by wrong assessment about others causing disturbance in family. Not ready to consult doctors. How can she be treated fir such abnormal behaviour. Kindly advise.

How should a person manage work and his mental condition... stressful conditions aggravate my illness ... medications affect my alertness...

I wanted to confirm is it normal to have cramps in anxiety because I experience stabbing pain in my chest and sudden nasal obstruction? Even these symptoms last for entire day until and unless I'm busy or sleeping. I have taken CBC, lipid, thyroid, sugar and even troponin I with ECG and scan for heart and these tests were normal. But constant ache and twitching in any part of my body along with heart palpitations and squeezing in throat irritates me a lot. It feels like sooner or later, I'll have a heart attack.

Now I feel discomfort during the day and I feel light worm in my body I take Clonax 0.5 at night. Then I feel better. But, at morning start discomfort in my body. Whole day I feel discomfort in my body.

I am 38 year male . Taking OCD medication from 3 month. Can I plan for child during OCD medication. Or stopped medication for planning child .
