Hello, I can understand the distress this must be causing you. The goal is to fix the gut first, because digestion and sleep strongly influence each other. Here are a few steps - 1. Fix the Constipation because it can directly cause bloating, acidity, and poor sleep. Fiber: 20–25 g/day Warm water in the morning (1–2 glasses). Isabgol (psyllium husk) 1–2 tsp in warm water at bedtime. If needed: short-term osmotic laxative like Lactulose at night 2.
