I am having a problem of insomnia. rather I would like to say i can't sleep alone if no body sleeping next to me. i am a working lady. And now i am planning to leave alone. how can i get rid of this issue.. i have already tried to sleep with lights on still it's not helping me.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Most common reason for sleep disorders are stress and anxiety in your mind. If your mind is pre occupied with fear, anxious thoughts or worry obviously you can't sleep.
Be positive. You need to learn few mindsets changes techniques or psychotherapy to manage or control such anxious thoughts.
