I experience rapid heartbeat , slight chest pain , dizziness, feeling of going blank and loosing consciousness, pinching sound in the ear , shivering hands and body , slow blurriness and random flashes of light in front of eyes for few seconds and all of these symptoms do not occur every day , they occur randomly sometimes , also i overthink a lot on unnecessary things ,create fake scenarios in my mind and cry very quickly on small things , i have even been sleeping a lot these days and not been able to concentrate for long hours , i wanna know all these symptoms are causes of which issue .
