I feel chest pain and tightness due to stress and anxiety. I have tried many things like yoga, meditation , exercise etc but nothing worked out for me. I feel constant chest pain while I am resting or sitting ideal.

Hi. You have stated Ur present condition of stress and anxiety along with chest pain. So meet a clinical psychologist and get therapy. That might work out. They will help and give u certain exercises. You need to follow that. Do not worry.
