He just dwell into the mobile . I'm highly frustrated and got anger on him. Even, I told him so many times the thing you are doing  make me insane. but he do repeat the same. And thus leads to huge problems between us. I can't control myself. Who needs to change whether my husband or I??? I'm completely blank.

More detailed evaluation of your symptoms is necessary. Are you facing mood swings? Irritability? Excessive anger or aggression? Any sleep issues? You and your husband need to go visit a psychiatrist jointly to get some advise and treatment if necessary

Spending more than 2 hours for non work related affairs in mobile is suggestive of mobile addiction. Consult an astute psychiatrist get evaulated, for mild addiction counselling will help if severe a course of medications to reduce the obsessions are suggested. Good luck

Hello. I would suggest that you both should consult/visit a psychiatrist or certified clinical psychologist to get this issue evaluated in detail. Only then it would be possible to comment upon the change required.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist or RCI licensed clinical psychologist
