I have been feeling anxious, stressed, and emotionally drained for quite some time. Before my marriage, I was generally happy and satisfied with my life. After marriage, I started feeling lonely because my husband and I are not emotionally connected. We rarely spend quality time together, and I often feel ignored and unsupported. We have frequent arguments, and even when issues seem resolved, the same problems keep repeating, which hurts me emotionally. I left my job after marriage, and currently I am unemployed and struggling to find work because of my career gap. This has added more stress to my life. I often feel alone, overthink many things, have low energy, cry frequently, and find it difficult to focus or stay motivated.
