Travelling sickness
I am 32 years old now. Since childhood whenever I ride in car and bus, vertigo, digginess headache, nausea comes and after few minutes vomiting then nausea, digginess continues at least 24 hours from stopping journey. For this reason I can't go out, leave studying inspite of good result. Now, I am in deep worry, tension. Please tell some medicine ( I already took avomine, cinnarazine but problem aggravates despite improvement).

I can understand how difficult this must be for you. Nowadays, there are several effective options available to treat motion sickness. I am confident that you will be able to overcome this, although it may take some time. It is also important to gradually try traveling and face the situation at your own pace. If you need further help or support, a psychiatrist can also assist you at any time.
Next Steps
Please consult a general physician first for better understanding of continued or already taken medications, and then a psychiatrist for further evaluation related to worry and tension.

Motion-related dizziness and nausea since childhood are commonly linked to motion sensitivity or vestibular imbalance, not weakness or lack of willpower. In some people, the brain has difficulty adjusting to movement signals from the eyes and inner ear, which can cause vertigo, vomiting, headache, and prolonged unsteadiness even after the journey ends. Over time, the fear of symptoms can also increase tension and make recovery slower. Since this has been affecting your studies, travel, and confidence, it deserves a structured approach rather than only changing medicines repeatedly.
Next Steps
Helpful next steps may include: - Consulting an ENT specialist or neurologist for a detailed vestibular evaluation, especially since symptoms last for many hours - Discussing medication response properly with a doctor rather than trying multiple drugs on your own - Exploring vestibular rehabilitation exercises, which help the brain gradually adapt to motion - Planning short, controlled travel exposure to slowly build tolerance instead of complete avoidance - Managing the anxiety that has developed around travel by working with a mental health professional, especially a therapist, to reduce anticipatory fear and tension - Maintaining hydration, light meals before travel, and focusing on fixed visual points during movement
Health Tips
This condition is distressing but often manageable with the right combination of medical evaluation, rehabilitation, and anxiety management.
