What is motion sickness medication
I am a 24 year old female and I have been suffering from motion sickness ever since I was a kid and would throw up horribly every time we went on a ride to a hill station or in a bus or car. Recently I got married and we plan to travel a part where transportation is only allowed by cars. So, I am in a desperate need of motion sickness medication. If you know any hacks, please share them. Hello greetings! This problem of your usually gets worsened by preoccupation that u will anyways end up vomiting during travel. U could first start believing u would not get nausea.. u could avoid eating to full stomach before travel and choose lite / food with very minimal oil. Usually sniffing on to citrus fruits like lemon would help! U could take a few meds before travel to avoid this feeling before u start.
