Hey, i understand your concern IQ is completely different from ADHD, not able to focus on jobs could be due to ADHD, not just because of IQ. So, increasing IQ will not solve that problem. And no ADHD meds are not for increasing your IQ, rather they help you in becoming stable and help in increasing your attention span.

ADHD medicines do not increase IQ. IQ in adulthood is generally stable and medications can’t make someone more intelligent. However, if ADHD is genuinely present, treatment can improve focus, attention, and task completion. That can help a person perform better at work, even though the IQ score itself remains the same. With an IQ around 77, repeated job loss is often related to job mismatch, lack of structure, or untreated mental health issues, rather than just intelligence alone. A proper psychiatric assessment is important to see whether ADHD is present and to guide realistic treatment and vocational options. It’s best not to use ADHD medicines without a clear diagnosis.

Being unable to perform well in job may be due to various conditions.i would advise to get a detailed work up done. ADHD medications as such may not be of use for you if you are not suffering from it. While ADHD medications may improve performance in patients , it is not be advised for those not suffering from it.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for overall assessment
