How to come out from loop ?
From last 8 months,I continuously thinking about one person, My study and daily routine is going so bad ,Life is going same everyday , stuck in same emotions , I want to come out from this situation and wanna start good life again, Mind is feeling so heavy.

Abrupt withdrawal can cause dreamy/unreal feelings, head pressure, mental slowness, poor concentration, and restlessness. This does not mean brain damage and is reversible. Anxiety is now maintaining and worsening these symptoms. Repeated stopping/starting medicines can delay recovery.
