I have been continuous thinking problem and fear from last 6 months. I had some bad experience in year 2011 and i am stuck with that problem...I am not getting how to come out with this situation.

Consult psychologist online or offline and take help through counselling and psychotherapy.
Be positive be confident.U can fight this war and also can win this with little help from outside.
