Doctor advised me trazodone, for sleep but, he told me it has a de effect of painful erection. I am already frightened, Should I not use it?

I have been mentally ill since May 20, 2025. It has been 4 months and now I have enough courage to appoint for a psychiatrist who can consult and help with recovery. Will I receive a properly documented report telling about my mental health if I consult a doctor?

Im getting health anxiety about daughter who is 7yr old. If i see any news regarding health issue of any other child i will be thinking what if my child gets that. She gets repeated cold cough i will be thinking of that whole night and crying visiting pediatric for single cough. No one understands my feeling everyone say you are over thinker this thought happens only with my daughter. I dont even visit doctor for heavy fever also. Anxiety only with daughter health not able to concentrate on anything always health issue keeps comming in mind. Dont feel to dress up or go out. Im not getting interested in anything.

Can I use Eszopiclone for sleep permanently for long term? Mirtazapine and Trazodone are not working for me, so I am looking for an alternative that has a sedative effect, helps with both sleep initiation and maintenance, and does not affect metabolism or blood sugar.

I know medicines like Mirtazapine and Quetiapine (used for sleep and mood) usually need tapering when stopping. My question is: after how long taking doesn’t need tapering? For example, if someone has taken these daily for one month, do they still need tapering? Or is tapering required only after two or three months of daily use? I wanna use them for sleep, but I don’t want to taper, so how long should I use to safely stop without tapering?

I am 36 years old...after a  antibiotic allergic reaction I had electric shock like symptoms in my head... burning sensation in my body..racing thoughts.. muscle spasm whenever sleeping..could not sleep for 10days until I took Rexipra 10...though i stopped that medicine after 5 days..then i slowly got back my previous state of mind after nearly one month..I was fine..but again after a traumatic experience I got back those Symptoms again...becoming hyper vigilant i was stucked in my thoughts...could not sleep at night.. sometimes feeling somthing happening to me though it's not...all the time focus going on my head..now I am on anti depressants...these problem I m facing are these depression symptoms or something else..pls help..

This can be used long term once daily for years ??? Side effect and is it safe drugs needed for OCD MASTURBATION and stress
