From last month ...i have feel my heart beat in my ears.plz tell me what is the reason behind this. When i am busy ..i can't hear my heartbeat but when i go to sleep .i can easily hear my heartbeat. This is related to anxiety or any heart disease.plz tell me someone..if this is anxiety so how much time occur and it last.

Hi I had two different consultations with two doctors. They were prescribing me anti depressant for anxiety but i dont want to take medicines and only rely on psychotherapy. But they did tell me take sos medication if i feel anxious. One doctor has prescribed Etilaam 0.5 SoS and the other doctor has prescribed Clonotril 0.25 sos. I am skeptical in taking medications, but i would like to know which one is better out of the two. I have anxiety of going out and also worry about my health a lot. Kindly advise. Thanks.
