I am 18 year old and whenever I open my social media i get nervous and it let me like fear in my mind. Soo what's the issue. Soo I like deactivated all my accounts

I had to quit my government job recently as I had no support from family to take care of my 3 year old twins. Although I want the best for my kids but as I have always been very competitive and career oriented, I regret my decision of quitting my job as I was being paid well and had an option for pension also. Anyways I decided to restructure my career as a teacher( which is totally different from my earlier job profile) but as I can't cope with going to college regularly due to the responsibility of the kids, I have to do all household work + studies making files etc on my own and due to the constant pressure of household work+ studies+ pressure of structuring a new career I always feel irritated and angry and sleepy and don't feel like doing anything most of the time. I hate everyone around me as I think no one supports me and specially whenever someone tells me that I my decision of quitting my job was wrong I feel all the more depressed and irritated. What should I do

I have anxiety issue with depression dr give me placid 10 mg and nexitoplus 5 mg I'm taking it about 2 year but in past I take mertaz 15 for 5 years so my que is can I be eligible for getting mental illness disability certificate coz government give reservation now on it

I overeat too much. I am an emotional eater and eat without feeling hungry. It causes me gaining so much weight and high cholestrol. I have anxiety issue and please recommend how could i control my appetite. I eat too much sugar and fried food still i feel hungry 24 hours a day.

I am 30 years old female. Last night I saw a mysterious dream..and I got tremendously horrified. Someone is cutting my hair. What it means or indicates? Is there any interpretation in psychology?

How common is Existential Anxiety? Because I am going through one and it despairs me. Questions that arise in my mind Why we all exists, what is the purpose? What is this world, is there anything uncertain we are not aware of? How we got such an intelligence and are there any specifies in the universe which are more intelligent than us...nd how that intelligence feels like Is this world an illusion? What happens after death, we are gone for ever, so why such mess of achieving big and being good, or even why we exists at all in first place? If this existential crisis are common, how to overcome this, this despairs me. Or is it a sign of depression.
