How to diagnose autism in an adult specially when he feels he is absolutely normal and doesn't need to visit a psychiatrist. What would be the best way to diagnose autism and bipolar in an adult without a visit to the doctor as the patient doesn't have insight nor will be visit.

Am facing an issue in office and in family, in office gang of people are bullying me and discriminating so I was unable to concentrate and if I get any doubts also nobody is coming to clear my doubts few collegues are insulting me am feeling harassed so and am trying to change my job but I can't able to concentrate from 8 years am having same depression , please guide me
