Hi, i have many symptoms of dyslexia since childhood which persists till now. 1. Trouble differentiating b/w left n right, in childhood almost 9/10 times i had trouble currently it's almost 6/10 times i need to think for few seconds to decide which side is which. 2. Mixing p,q b,d c,e in everytime in childhood 3. Substituting one letter with another while writing 4. Trouble with common spelling 5. While reading trouble reading line by line skipping or re reading a line What could be the treatment for this and how should I get diagnosed by a professional?

I am suffering from some nervous issue due to which I got some problem in brain function. Doctor prescribed me vitamin b12 complex and escitaloparam tablet which I took last night and after 15 min my heartbeat got fast and my body became restless. I was happy with my state of mind before but now It become depressed. Please help

My father and mother are very loving towards me and my sister. But they fight alot with each other. During their fight my father treat us as if he is irritated with me. He often gets angry and say harsh words while taunting. They both fight alot since i was a veryyyy Little kid. I always ignores their fight because its their matter. It didn't affect me much until this week. They fought again and he again treat me harshly but this time it's affecting me weirdly as i am noticing i am going silent. I don't wanna speak anymore. I feel dull. I am not losing my energy to do things but I have no energy to talk. I don't feel like opening my mouth for any word.

My mood becomes very unpredictable sometimes I do all the things properly but sometimes I can't even do my day to day routine. I feel stuck low and under confident my almost stops working. Everything seems negative it feels like I am in endless darkness these cause alot of pain to me.
