Please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible. The evaluation is necessary to be done quickly. There are some probability of delay or even autism... But like this is very difficult to diagnosing or judging...
After proper check up and evaluation, the proper treatment and guidelines will be available for parents. Don't worry there are so many techniques for helping the child to come in a normal level.
