I usually fall asleep early after returning from office and being extremely tired  Many a times  I get disturbed dreams of unknown people and situations each day. Being asleep, I continue with the dream for a long time n finally wake up. These dreams seem to be so real. After waking up feel mentally tired. . What is the reason and solution for it.
