There are several factors responsible for disturbed sleep that need to be assessed before planning medications, relaxation exercises, lifestyle modifications * Every patient is specific, own genetic make up, vulnerability, so holistic assessment needed for treating root cause * Some time sleep disturbances are part of mood disorders, addiction habits, lifestyle changes, ongoing stressor or trauma * Most important physical causes as anaemia, BP, sugar deranged, thyroid profile also causes it As per my opinion, plan  a consultation for detailed assessment and management will be planned accordingly

It looks like your sleep cycle has become disturbed. Try to wake up at the same time every day and avoid daytime naps. Stop screen use 1 hour before bed and avoid tea/coffee in the evening. Do exercise in the daytime, and keep nights calm and relaxing. Any other symptoms along with sleep problem If still no improvement, please meet a psychiatrist you may need a proper sleep evaluation and guided treatment
