I am on antidepressants( Like mirnite, ativan, nexito) since my childhood. now I am facing problems like thyroid issues, hormonal imbalance, insomania, indigestion, stress etc I want to know what are the adverse effects of these medicines for long use and is there any test where I can measure my neurotransmitters & hormones? Dear sir/ mam I have agoraphobia , fear of going to different places. In last two years i never being outisde my house or travel anywhere.cause last time on my journey i had panic attack alongwith very Faster heartbeats and even if i go on short distance trip i have depressive feeling.upon considering the doc he described me anxi.fm tables (2years ago). Now those tablets not available anywhere. Next months is my brothers marriage for which i have to travel to other city.and i am really nervous that i will have same attack in train , cause whole journey is of 12 hours. Please help me how to treat it or any medicine that can keep that fear away while i am traveling. Kindly dont ask me to consult as i have financial problems and cant afford it. Thank you in advance

From last 2 months I'm getting needle sensation on my both hands also fingers on some points it comes for second and gone and it will come again after few minutes on another small point i visited to skin doctor they found nothing on my both hands forearm and told me to go psychiatrist for treatment i visited to psychiatrist she said it's beacuse of stress or anxiety i have magical thinking also depression/stress so my questions is it true beacuse of stress and anxiety I'm getting needle sensations on my both forearm if yes then why only on hands ?
