I'm not feeling good since one year.I don't even have any problems but I'm feeling very bad.Also disputes have been increased with my husband since last years.im not even able to realise how much I'm shouting when I'm angry.i couldn't control myself mentally during anger.so i started to damage myself by plucking my hair to prevent my stress.And now this has become an addiction that i lost a lot of hair and still I couldn't stop this habit.Now I'm more depressed about my hairloss so what should I do to change my mind?

We do understand such things happen in relationship but you are damaging your own body
Please urgently consult a psychiatrist and subsequently a psychologist
Also for hair loss do consult skin specialist
